The League is the sum total of team competitions that seek to determine the most competitive Tanki Online teams. Season Finals are the crowning event which each season determines the League Champion. The League's Organizing Committee and representatives of the game's corporate promoter, Star. Ladder. tv, will supervise the League and its activities. Any information posted on the League's official site will be deemed notified to League members 8 hours after being so posted. The official languages of the League are Russian and English. All teams and players must use the official languages of the League when corresponding with the League's representatives, submitting documents or participating in the League's events. The Organizing Committee will ensure proper communications between teams that speak different languages. The League will be organized and played in accordance with these Regulations that set the uniform rules for holding competitions. Any issues that are not directly stipulated in these Regulations will be subject to the License Agreement with the User, Game Rules, Privacy Policy and Cookies, as well as to any applicable laws. Any terms or definitions used in these Regulations will be deemed to have the same meanings as those stipulated in these Regulations, the License Agreement with the User, Game Rules, Privacy Policy and Cookies and will also follow the established practice of similar online competitions. By using the Game in any manner whatsoever and/or registering for the Game and pressing the Confirm button, and/or applying to participate in a competition, the User (Player) confirms that he or she has read, understands, agrees to abide by and accepts without any reservations the terms and conditions set forth in these Regulations; players that are minors also confirm that they have obtained the consent of their parents or other legal guardians for participating in the competition and accepting any prizes. Additionally, by taking any of the above actions the User (Player) expressly and unconditionally consents to his or her personal information being stored and processed, including, without limitation, the name, age, address (including the postal code), telephone number and email address, through the duration of the competition and for five years thereafter. All Users (Players) and teams must abide by these Game Rules. Users (Teams of Users) that disagree with these Regulations may not participate in any competition. If these Regulations are complied with, all battle outcomes will depend exclusively on player skills and abilities. League participation following a selection process in accordance with these Regulations. Priority will be given to teams that (in descending order of priority): - Reached the previous season's finals; - Were in the list of teams, which preserved their right to participate in the next season; - Won the AM, Semi. To participate in the League's season, all qualified teams must confirm their participation in the League at least 7 days before the start of the games. The team's logo must be in PSD or PNG format, with a transparent background, and in the shape of a square (sides must be 1: 1); All logos must me verified by the League's organizers; When applying to participate, all players, including primary members and alternates (no exceptions!), must provide the usernames under which they will be playing throughout the season. They will not be allowed to participate in the Star Series under different usernames. Usernames may be changed only if the account is breached or in the event the team changes its tag. Under such circumstances, the League's Organizing Committee may allow a user name change. Usernames must comply with the requirements set forth in the Game Rules; Nicknames at Starladder. Prior to confirming their participation in the League's season, teams must familiarize themselves with current League Regulations. At the time of confirming their participation, teams must be fully formed and manned in full as per their respective declarations at the League's official site. That a team participates in the League's season will be deemed an unconditional corroboration of all its members having been advised of and ready to abide by the League's Regulations. The Organizing Committee will admit teams to participation in the League's season subject to their eligibility and confirmation of participation. For reasons set forth in these Regulations, the Organizing Committee may refuse to admit any team for participation in the League's season. Once admitted for participation in the League's season, a team may be prevented from participating only if disqualified by the League's organizers. Only teams comprising a minimum of 6 players may participate in the League's season. The team may also include 6 alternates. Players that have not been officially designated as team members on the League's official site may not participate in the games of the League's season. Players may be members of only one team at a time. Only 2 substitutions will be allowed during the season. Substitutions will be defined as introducing new players to replace the current ones. No substitutions may be made until the team plays 6 out of 1. In between seasons, teams may make up to 4 substitutions. Substitutions will be defined as introducing new team players. Team members participating in the Star Series may not switch teams more than once during any given season. Players leaving the team of Star Series during the season, are not allowed to play for the teams from the lower leagues until the end of this season. Teams may make an unlimited number of substitutions during any game. However, such alternate players must have been registered as team members on the site. The League's season will comprise two stages: — The Online Part; — The Finals. The selected 1. 2 teams, which passed the permit procedure will participate in the Online Part. Top four teams emerging as a result of the Online playoffs will move to the Finals. All Online games will be taking place online over the Internet. The Online Part will make use of the all- around system, with every team playing a single game against every other team participating in the League's season. The one hundred and thirty two matches of Online part will be divided into twenty two rounds. Within every round, each team will play a single match. Online games will follow the schedule to be published by the Organizing Committee on the League's official site.
